MINH SỔ: an accounting service website that makes scope understandable

Design code: DW-KETOAN

Accounting clients need more than a list of package names. They need to understand what is covered, what information they must provide and how the working relationship is organised. MINH SỔ uses a paper-ledger visual language, serif typography and structured information to support that discussion for smaller businesses and household operators.

A customer journey built around the business

Visitors explore the design by business model or current document situation. Service profiles describe inputs, expected collaboration, outputs and exclusions. Guides on a working cycle, changing providers and preparing a brief explain who supplies information, who answers questions and how unresolved items are tracked. This turns the website into a useful introduction before a scope conversation. The enquiry path asks for a general description of activity and document volume; it is not a channel for uploading financial records or receiving an individual tax determination.

What you can explore in the design

These are working presentation areas in the sample, intended to show how useful information leads to a relevant enquiry.

  • Navigation organised around business models and document needs.
  • Profiles for recurring work, trading businesses and handover.
  • Input, responsibility and output information.
  • Practical guidance for a provider transition.
  • Articles about choosing scope and organising a handover.
  • A form that classifies the initial enquiry.

Implementation scope and cost factors

Implementation depends on service groups, editorial depth, public resources and the way enquiries reach the team. A client portal, file transfers, signatures or accounting-software connections are separate requirements with access and data-handling implications. A marketing website should not imply audit capabilities or automated compliance work. DigiWeb scopes the actual presentation and integrations rather than assuming one fixed website package fits every practice.

What to prepare before a project

Prepare approved services, target client groups, deliverables, exclusions, collaboration steps and pricing principles. Professional credentials should only be published from verified material you are entitled to use. For initial planning, use descriptions stripped of client information. Real ledgers, identifiers and account access are not needed to evaluate the sample.

An editable WordPress handover

The MINH SỔ approach keeps pages, editorial articles, sector profiles, menus, images and enquiry labels in native WordPress administration. Your team can continue editing business information without changing application code for each update. For a real project, DigiWeb agrees the initial content, administrator roles, editing guidance and support scope with you. Design work, integrations and ongoing operation should be listed separately in the proposal, with responsibilities and acceptance criteria rather than assumptions based on a screenshot.

Two questions before choosing this design

Does this replace accounting software?

No. It presents the service and prepares enquiries. Business-data processing is a different scope with separate requirements.

Can monthly plans be presented?

Yes, with approved volume assumptions, inputs, outputs and exclusions. The business must confirm its actual prices and terms before publication.

Explore the sample, then discuss your business

Trial forms illustrate the journey without sending real customer information, confirming appointments, creating orders or taking payment. Explore a detailed page and the enquiry path, then tell DigiWeb about your business, required content and essential functions so that the implementation can be scoped around your actual operation.
