Parents want to picture a day, understand communication and know what to ask when they visit a preschool. MẦM SÁNG builds its journey around those questions. Warm shapes, collage-style composition and age-led content give an operator a way to explain daily activity rather than rely only on room photographs or broad developmental promises.
A customer journey built around the business
The journey starts with an age group and its activities, then opens into the daily rhythm. Navigation leads to family collaboration, settling-in questions, admissions preparation and fee information. Three deeper guides help parents prepare for a visit, discuss a beginning routine and compare fee components. The enquiry path distinguishes interest from confirmed availability or enrolment. A visit request does not reserve a place, and a sample schedule does not imply that every child follows the same fixed experience or outcome.
What you can explore in the design
These are working presentation areas in the sample, intended to show how useful information leads to a relevant enquiry.
- Age-group profiles with relevant activities.
- A daily-rhythm page from arrival to collection.
- Parent communication and settling-in information.
- A practical guide to preparing for a visit.
- Questions for understanding fees and optional services.
- A visit-enquiry form carrying the selected interest.
Implementation scope and cost factors
Scope depends on locations, age groups, programmes, languages and the amount of approved content. Parent portals, student records, fee collection and collection-authorisation systems are not automatically part of an introductory website. Each needs specific operational and data-protection requirements. DigiWeb scopes the design, editorial work and functions around what the school actually needs, with clear responsibilities for supplying and maintaining information.
What to prepare before a project
Prepare approved programme descriptions, daily routines, communication principles, visit procedures, applicable fee information and authorised photographs. Staff credentials, certifications or outcomes should never be invented. Images involving children need suitable permission and policy. Exploring this design does not require a child’s identity or health records, and trial forms are not a channel for that information.
An editable WordPress handover
The MẦM SÁNG approach keeps pages, editorial articles, sector profiles, menus, images and enquiry labels in native WordPress administration. Your team can continue editing business information without changing application code for each update. For a real project, DigiWeb agrees the initial content, administrator roles, editing guidance and support scope with you. Design work, integrations and ongoing operation should be listed separately in the proposal, with responsibilities and acceptance criteria rather than assumptions based on a screenshot.
Two questions before choosing this design
Does this include enrolment or child-record management?
No. It presents information and visit enquiries. Systems that manage enrolment or personal records require their own defined scope.
Can it support several locations or programmes?
Yes, with a structure based on verified information. Agree the content for each location and who maintains it before implementation.
Explore the sample, then discuss your business
Trial forms illustrate the journey without sending real customer information, confirming appointments, creating orders or taking payment. Explore a detailed page and the enquiry path, then tell DigiWeb about your business, required content and essential functions so that the implementation can be scoped around your actual operation.
