Note: DigiWeb will check to determine if your website is large, medium or small. The larger / more complex website, with more functions, the manual file (PDF) will have to include many pages to explain.

Website training – How to manage your website with CMS – Workflow & Payment?

• Step 1: You need to share website administration information (url, username, password) via email info@digiweb.com.vn, I need 1-2 days to directly survey the functions and scope of the website. Information will be kept strictly confidential.
• Step 2: Cost quotes will be based on website size (small – medium – large).
• Step 3: Customer pay 100% in advance (with additional travel costs if you live in others provinces with HCM).
• Step 4: Schedule a training session.
• Step 5: I will send the user manual file (PDF) before 01 day in advance for you to preview.
• Step 6: Conduct the training session according to the agreed time. (Time can be adjusted if both parties have unexpected force majeure events).
