I am Nguyễn Đức Thái (Founder of DigiWeb), with more than 15 years of experience advising on premium website design and development, digital marketing and SEO for individuals and businesses in Vietnam.

Who is website administration and CMS training for?

  • 1. Have you owned a website for some time and now need to refresh its content, but do not know whom to ask for guidance?
  • 2. Are you a new employee responsible for managing and developing the website, but unsure how to use its CMS (content management system) ?
  • 3. Does your business have a good website, while your sales and marketing team struggles to understand its functions and spends too much time making updates — changing banners, adding promotions or projects, posting vacancies and more?

Whether your website is simple or complex, professionally developed using a framework such as CodeIgniter, Laravel, CakePHP or .Net, built on an open-source CMS such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla or Magento, or created with a drag-and-drop builder such as WIX, Squarespace, Shopify or Weebly, this service is for you.

What does website administration and CMS training include?

  • 1. Receive hands-on guidance in person or online.
  • 2. Receive a user guide in PDF format.
  • 3. You may record your screen during the training session to review it afterwards.
  • 4. Receive answers to website-related questions for 3 months after training, with online support by phone, email, Zalo or Messenger.

How much does website administration and CMS training cost?

  • 1. Small website: VND 2,000,000 per training session
    • A website user guide is prepared and supplied.
    • Training for up to 2 participants in one session
  • 2. Medium-sized website: VND 3,000,000 per training session
    • A website user guide is prepared and supplied.
    • Training for up to 5 participants in one session
  • 3. Large website: VND 5,000,000–10,000,000 per training session
    • A website user guide is prepared and supplied.
    • Training for up to 10 participants in one session

Please note: DigiWeb will review your website to determine whether it is small, medium-sized or large. Larger, more complex websites with more functions require a longer PDF guide to explain their operation.

How does website administration and CMS training work, and how is payment arranged?

  • Step 1: Please email the website administration details (URL, username and password) to info@digiweb.com.vn. I need 1–2 days to assess the website’s functions and scale personally. The information will be kept strictly confidential.
  • Step 2: The quotation is based on the website’s size: small, medium-sized or large.
  • Step 3: The client pays 100% in advance (additional travel expenses apply for locations outside Ho Chi Minh City).
  • Step 4: Both parties agree on a training date and time.
  • Step 5: I will send the PDF user guide 01 day before the session so you can read it in advance.
  • Step 6: The training takes place at the agreed time. (The time may change if either party has an unexpected event beyond their control.)
